The staff was very friendly and reachable. Good value for money, everything was according to expectations.

the room was large and clean with a great view overlooking the town square. The hotel is in a great location when visiting Edegem.

Every aspect was excellent from start to finish. Food in the meat restaurant was excellent. Rooms big and clean, Cozy bed. Staff welcoming and friendly.

Very close to the station (google doesn’t show it, but there is a yellow bridge on the left, so it’s not necessary to walk around through traffic lights). Nice rooms and helpful staff. And instant good review - there are chicken wings for breakfast :)

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. on reception ! ! Absolutely super on arrival also advised me on my journey to the city town.Breakfast was good as well.

All the staff was extremely kind and helpful and the common space was cozy and nice. My dorm room was quiet and clean and I liked that there was also some privacy provided with curtains.

This is my second stay at Crowne Plaza, and it truly never disappoints. The room was spotless, the staff were genuinely friendly, and the overall comfort made the stay wonderful once again. I’ll definitely be returning!

Firsthand, I really like how the reception staffs received us. They were very lovely, friendly, fresh, and stunning. They also adjusted to my last minute request. The hotel room is amazing as well and super clean. And the city view is mesmerising. The housekeeping personnel are very welcoming as well. They were warm and approachable. Thank you so much for catering us. ❤️

The food was amazing. Such variety! Parking was free and comfortable to get in and out. Staff was attentive and nice.

The hotel is small, but I really liked it. The rooms are very well maintained and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. They are compact, but well equipped, including a mini fridge, glasses, and basic items that would easily allow for a longer stay. The room was very clean, and the location is excellent, about an 8-minute walk from the central station, which makes transportation very convenient. The staff was very friendly. I also appreciated the use of large dispensers for body lotion, shampoo, and other toiletries—the products felt high quality and well chosen. I did not have the chance to try the breakfast, but it was offered at the hotel. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

Very nice room. Very good breakast. Staff was friendly. Perfect location near Central Railway Station. Everything was perfect. Very good quality-price value.

Very nice staff, beautiful rooms

The residence is absolutely magnificent. The room was spacious, modern and stylish, very clean, and so much cosy. The hotel itself is a piece of art on its own and the owners are really hospitable. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Big rooms with beds distant to each other, clean bathroom, reception very polite and helpful (taking into consideration I arrived 2.20 AM), had baggage locker room for free for all the clients, very discreet, easy to find, polite. Amazing quality for the price.

Clean, friendly staff. Great lacation

Great place, great staff, great location, magnificent room

Quiet, clean, and calm throughout, it’s a really relaxing place to stay. The room was perfect, with a very comfortable bed and beautifully scented Le Labo toiletries. I also had a facial at the spa, which was wonderful and a real highlight of the visit. The team were great and nothing was too much trouble. I’d happily stay again.

Lovely clean hotel cosy and spacious

Very comfortable apartment; we were travelling with 2 Kids and our room was super cosy for all of us; super friendly and nice personel; tasty breakfast;

First of all, we chose this hotel mainly because of the wellness facilities and they definitely did not disappoint us. It had everything we needed (swimming pool, a hot tub, and two saunas) The whole hotel was beautiful, very clean, and smelled lovely. Our room was also very nice and tidy as well. However, what we will remember the most is the kind and very human approach of the staff. Unfortunately we had a situation at the hotel where medical assistance had to be called. All the staff members we met during our stay were very helpful, kind, understanding, and willing to help us in every way. Unfortunately, we do not know your names, but we would like to thank you once again ! We are definitely planning to come back under better circumstances!

Friendly staff. Excellent Location.

I enjoyed every second in the room. The hotel was located next to the train station so it didn't take too much time to find the hotel after an exhausting day of train delays. The guy at the reception greeted me warmly and quickly checked me in. The room was perfect and beautifully designed and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I believe I grabbed a last minute discount so the price was really great, but even for the original price I would definitely choose to stay here. I stayed in a NH hotel once before and I was already very satisfied but I surely felt that the "NH collection" line was a level up and I'll come back again if I visit Antwerp in the future.

Super friendly staff and really nice ambiance very cozy and beautiful rooms
