Very accommodating hotel at a time that everything was covered in snow. Friendly staff, Great accommodation, architecturally beautiful. I liked the Tintin motive. Fantastically located relative to Gare Guillemins.

I stayed in Liegi just for one night, due to a wedding invitation. My check in was scheduled to be around 9pm, but I was pretty late. During the same evening, I've requested to have my check in after midnight... I was afraid to lose my booking. The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcomed me after midnight withour any problem! The room was kingly, spacious and very silent. The hotel is located in front of the Liegi train station. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to visit this city! :)

Excellent Service, Excellent Room and Excellent Location My friend and I, representing our trekking company, Alliance Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd., Nepal, traveled together. I took a train from Berlin, Germany, and arrived early in the morning in Liege at this hotel (Hôtel de l'Univers Liège). From the moment we stepped in, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They welcomed us warmly and even offered us complimentary coffee—our first such experience in all of Europe! We had a midnight bus to Zurich and had to wait in the hotel lobby. The staff went out of their way to check on us, ensuring we were comfortable and offering drinks if needed. Their kindness and hospitality truly stood out. This hotel provides great value for money, excellent rooms, a delicious breakfast, and, most importantly, a team that genuinely cares about its guests. We highly recommend this hotel to travelers from around the world. Without a doubt, we will choose this hotel again for future family visits, friend gatherings, and business trips. Great property with great breakfast Nice location

Everything was perfect: nice staff, very clean dormitory and common areas, free tea and coffee 24/7, excellent location (just 5 minutes from the main railway station), comfortable beds with curtains... Definitely one of the best hostels I have ever visited!

Friendly staff. Decent value for money

We had a great stay – everything was really nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. I definitely recommend this hotel for a couples’ weekend getaway.

The lady at the desk was very kind and took care of me! Very clean hotel!

I am very glad that this time I chose this Hotel, the best one among others I stayed in Liege. The Hotel is great, very stylish, modern, beautiful and comfortable. It has a very convenient location: in the centre, very close to the bus and train stations and to the historical part of the city, between two rivers and nearby is a beautiful green park to walk or to have jogging. The staff at the reception and in the restaurants are very friendly, polite, attentive and positive, many thanks to them for their kind help. The room is large and clean, beautifully and stylishly furnished, with a small kitchen but there is everything you need, with a large bathroom and necessary accessories, with a nice view at the river. The room is very calm and cozy. The restaurant and the brasserie are very tasty, with fast and good service. Unfortunately, I did not have time to use the services offered by the swimming pool and gym but will certainly do it next time I stay there:)

We were met by Mustafa and I believe the manager. The reception was first class and the help they gave us was outstanding. The food was fine no complaints. All in all the best budget hotel we stayed at for our entire trip to and from Bremen. Gold medal for you all.

The room was clean, breakfast was very good and the people were very friendly! My kids loved the beautiful keychains 😊

Very cosy and modern. Super friendly staff and great breakfast!

Fantastic location, very comfortable and clean room in the heart of the old town.

Great location with an underground car park that gives direct elevator access to the hotel. Right opposite the beautiful Opera House and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room on the 6th floor had a fantastic view of the Opera House. The room was compact but well equipped. The bed was very comfortable but with very tight space to the sides. The bathroom was very clean and bright and the shower was excellent. The communal areas were spacious, well lit and warm
