Our hosts were very welcoming. The bedroom was very spacious. It contained 2 armchairs with an area for storing our cases. The windows had a seating area with cushions provided. An electric kettle was provided. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a lovely shower with an array of toiletries provided and plenty towels. We had a very substantial breakfast which was beautifully presented. I can appreciate how this venue was highly regarded in previous reviews. Would definitely go back. Easy to access on the tram.I highly recommend it.

Very nice quiet location with private room and bath with a lovely light breakfast. Host started breakfast 15 minutes early so I could eat without missing my morning appointment.
