Excellent, varied breakfast. Large, comfortable room and friendly staff. We arrived very early and were allowed to check in and leave our luggage while they cleaned the room

Super friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing. We all love the contemporary design and big rooms. The contrast between modern and old works really well. At least we love it. Big shout out to Baskal the man behind the bar! We will be back soon!

Room was very good . Clean and comfortable. Parking was very good.

On arrival the staff were very welcoming and patient with our lack of French and helped us with directions to Lille and things to do in the surrounding area. The room was clean and everything worked a treat. Breakfast was great and 9.50€ is a good price for a buffet style with bread, croissants, pain au chocolat and cereals amongst other food.

The room was comfortable, the spa and pool were relaxing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was close to the train station

I liked very much the room, the breakfast was wonderful, the location is good.

It has been a while since I had a breakfast that good in a hotel (variety, quality). Walking distance to city center, clean, friendly discreet staff. Can stay here and enjoy holiday in Lille, Bruges and Gent (all closer than 1 hour drive).

Garbage and they do not care about the customer’s comfort. In the end, garbage. I left the hotel without making the reservation. They did not return my money. I do not advise you.

Very nice hotel. Though the entrance is a bit deep from the square, the hotel gives a sense of warm with his chimney. Spacious rooms awaits you. The breakfast included was a cherry on the top.

Everything was fine. Great location close to the city centre (and for the shuttle to Alcatraz). Breakfast was great. Room was clean and staff very helpful.

After being let down by my original hotel, with no notice & paid for 4 weeks earlier, this was booked at very short notice. Friendly staff member who helped carry my things to the room. Room very comfortable & good choices for breakfast. Dog friendly!
