Just stayed at this newly built hotel (only a month old!) and overall had a great experience! They’re still finishing things up—like their restaurant, which is only open for breakfast right now, and small room details (no hair dryer or iron at first), but the super helpful staff quickly brought us anything we needed. Here’s what I loved: - The staff and management were amazing—super friendly and really attentive. We needed a chair with back support, and they brought it right away. - 24/7 communication on WhatsApp was a lifesaver! No phone calls necessary, which is a huge plus if you’re not into making calls. - The bed was large and seriously comfortable. Got some of the best sleep! - They have orthopedic pillows (!) with two different firmness levels (!!) —total game-changer for a good night’s sleep. - Lighting was on point! You could adjust the lights in the room and bathroom just how you like it, with warm, cozy yellow lighting. It’s one of those little things that makes a big difference. - The breakfasts were delicious—strong coffee, local pastries, plus healthy options like scrambled eggs, veggies, and fresh fruit.

The staff is extremely helpful! The hotel is on a walk distance of the city center. The AC is mandatory for the summer days in Tryavna and it was working perfectly fine.
