The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was big and clean. The food for both breakfast and dinner was good and sufficient. The hotel is also very close to the beach. The hotel also has an nice wet and dry sauna, jacuzzi and heated pool.

Everything was perfect! We spent a lovely time at Sunny Castle!! How should I start, there are so many good things to say: very nice and professional staff, everyone was smiling all the time! Thank you Tim for the upgrade, the apartment was fantastic! Food was delicious, bravo to the chef! If you go with the kids then you don't have to worry about their meals, the kids loved everything! Rooms were big enough and cleaned daily, hot water in the shower 24/7, a cold/hot drinking water dispenser on each floor so you don't have to worry that you don't have drinking water in the middle of the night. Private beach in the front-right of the hotel, with free sunbeds and umbrellas for the guests, where you can take drinks from the restaurant. There is also free public parking around the hotel. We will definitely return!

We like it all🥂🥂🥂🙏🎉🥳..we came 4 couples in economy and double rooms, every thing was very good, clean, spacious, comfortable, we loved the SPA facilities, especially the hot jacuzzi outside👌👌👌, big pools, herbal sauna, therapy with little fishes, sea and beach very close We also had 2 birthdays celebration and Irina from reception, was so great, very attended with us, with everything we needed from the bar and we received a birthday cake and champagne as gift, from the hotel...that was top, so nice and we felt special🥳🥳🙏🙏🙏 Gratitude Therma Palace Hotel!!🍀🍀🍀 Good breakfast, good food at dinner...so we're happy with this accommodation and definitely we'll come back🥂 Thank you Therma Palace for the lovely atmosphere!! My stay at Hotel Izvora in Kranevo was absolutely fantastic. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and I loved waking up to the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel's surroundings. The hotel's restaurant was a definite highlight. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of local Bulgarian dishes that I really enjoyed trying. The pool area was also a perfect spot to relax and cool off on a hot day. What I appreciated most was the convenient location. It was just a short walk to the beautiful Kranevo beach, and it was easy to get to nearby attractions. Overall, the combination of excellent service, great amenities, and a wonderful location made for a truly memorable and relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend Hotel Izvora to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Kranevo.

    Kranevo is a small location in contrast with the comfort and facilities offered by Therma palace hotel. The city is unkempt, the green areas are abandoned, some look like a jungle, the streets have not been repaired for many years. If the hotel doesn't offer some attractions for the tourists, there are a few things to do in Kranevo.

    Kranevo is the best beach area in my opinion, you can park right down by the beach, which is great if you have mobility issues. Parking is free in town, it is not in surrounding resorts and towns. Water is lovely and beaches well maintained and plenty of restaurants and snack bars in town and on the beach.

    Yes. I like it very much and have stayed at most of the hotels on the beach. I have been going to the beach in Kranevo for 4 years. It's like a village with us, not everything is perfect, but it's quiet. It is not very crowded and I like that the hotels have a private beach. I only ate at the hotels where I stayed. I traveled either on foot or by personal car.

    Perfect beach with large free zone. Beach bar "Casablanca" is offering high quality pizza at a reasonable price: quick & cooperative service. Perfect supermarket "Top market" nor far from the beach: air conditioned, clean, English speaking female manager assisting the large choice, even the employed UA*refugees are nice and polite English speaking young girls. The young boys/BG-cash desk operators are smiling!! The town is easy for orientation and clean as per BG standards. Encourage this Mayor? We are warning abt. false info on the BOOKING.com hosts' presentation as per parking facilities, sea views, minutes walking to the beach, places unfriendly to disabled guests.

    We spent 3 nights at this hotel and honestly we regretted that we booked such a short vacation. Everything was great. The rooms are huge, clean and modern. The food was good, everyday we had different types of courses, that were delicious per our taste. The fact that they have a pool and a SPA area with a jacuzzi is a big plus for families with children. The hotel is basically on the beach, but a minus point is that there is no beach bar. The personnel were polite, willing to help with everything. We definitely want to come back again here.

    SPA area was OK, but not as in a 5* hotel, more like 3* in Therma Palace. Much better SPA in ECO therma. We had an ALL inclusive reservation, however not everything was included in the package: no free alcohol cocktails, like in many other 5* hotels that we stayed. Kids animation program was the highlight of our vacation- full day activities but inconvenient is that all are located in the other hotel -> Eco Therma, 10 min walking distance. As we have moved there after one night distance was not a problem anymore.

    We liked pretty much everything. The food was delicious, staff was very polite and helpful. The pools were an amazing place for relaxation. There were 4 different pools with different temperatures, so a person could choose which he liked best. There is a private beach less than 5 minutes away! We didn't feel like we needed anything that was not included. Truly the best "all-inclusive" hotel we've been on so far. We even got a free surprise champagne for my birthday.

    The complex is build in a traditional Bulgarian style, with an interior and exterior to match the era and a beautiful garden restaurant. The room was clean and spacious, it had a balcony with chairs and a table. The location is both exactly on the main street of Kranevo and very close to the beach (only a 10 minute walk)! Parking is included.
