The place is right off the motorway, giving you easy access when you stop for a night. There is secured private parking with enough spaces (we were there on a busy holiday night and it was perfectly fine). The staff are helpful and polite. Reception is tended 24/7. The room was perfect: stylish, clean and comfy, very spacious. There are thick curtains blocking out the morning light, which is great for light sleepers. Halls and common areas are well kempt. There is a lift but stairs are also accessible. We would definitely be staying there again.

I am not sure from where to start... Silvana was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. She was the person who welcome us, cooked for us and helped with all of our requests. The place was clean, well maintained and cozy 👌 The food was really nice! The breakfast- best omelet my fiance ever had and my traditional Bulgarian "French " toast was lovely too. We highly recommend to visit this place 🙌

We chose Mario complex for a second time for our stay in Melnik. The location is perfect, just in the heart of the town, but very peaceful, with a wonderful view. The rooms are extremely clean, cosy and new. The staff is really friendly, smiling, caring and polite, which matters a lot to feel like home and well welcomed. All the meals we tried in the pub were very tasty and home made. Moreover, there is a very well supplied mini market next to the entrance of the hotel, where you can buy whatever you miss and to store it in the fridge in the room if needed. We highly recommend Mario complex for your stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Mario Hotel, it is situated vis a vis from a public park and very close to main commercial street in Melnik. There is free parking on front of the property, on the street. The property itself is clean and well maintained, the pool was perfect to refresh on a hot August day.
