Very comfortable beds and a stunning view of the water. The staff were all fantastic and truly make the hotel 5 star. The location is also excellent and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby, the waterfront is beautiful, easy bike ride to Stanley Park and close to shopping.

Loved the room and bathroom. Bed Was comfy and loved the Nespresso machine (but always had to ask a couple of times for pods/creamer/sugars. Staff was lovely and we enjoyed a dinner at boulevard.

Hotel and room are beautiful. We loved the pool and outdoor jacuzzi on the 3rd floor; few people use it, so we had privacy. The Karma Lounge has good food, except for one thing I ordered. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just four blocks from the harbor, and you can walk to Stanley Park. There is a great steak restaurant across the street called The Keg.
