The price is definitely better then most. Can't beat 100$ a night on short notice on a weekend. It has a gas station a 1 minute walk away. It also has a restaurant across the parking lot. It's not the closest to central Surrey. About 20-25 minutes away. Decent if you have business in White Rock.

    On the whole most drivers courteous, my stay near 200 th, provided good driving to my destination at 7:00 am and at 330 pm, with no traffic bottle necks. An issue with traffic congestion in regards to the new sky train metro construction, they could have had bettter traffic management and coordination, with better signage and flaggers.

    I was in Surrey in business for two days.

    I was in Surrey in business for two days. In my opinion it is a noisy industrial city, not for life but for work only. Not a lot of parks and places to walk. It's a pity that there is no possibility to walk along the river cause whole coast is under industrial objects. From the other side I was there in November, probably other seasons can be more interesting. I stayed in the not bad hotel situated in rather picturesque place with a view on mountains.

    the apartment was very comfortable.

    the apartment was very comfortable. It was worth the money for us to stay here. My only suggestion to the renters of the property is that the bed needs to be upgraded. It was comfortable enough but for big people, like me, comfort is everything when I sleep. Other than that, It was great!!

    The area didn't seem very safe.

    The area didn't seem very safe. Everything seemed far but on further exploration, it isn't -- convenience-wise I would recommend Surrey if you're going to be in and around the area much. Safety-wise, I wouldn't say it's totally unsafe, I'd only recommend one to be careful initially, assess for your own self, and decide if staying out after sundown is a good idea or not.

    Surrey is my hometown. I am a Canadian citizen.

    Surrey is my hometown. I am a Canadian citizen. It just so happened I needed a place to stay at the time and I got robbed by these people who rented me the place for 45 days. 8925 151 street Surrey BC. They took the money the day I moved in and promised to refund the damage deposit as soon as I vacated the place ($1400 CDN ). But that never happened to this day(12th of July 2023)

    White Rock is a must not busy suburban Surrey.

    White Rock is a must not busy suburban Surrey. Eat at Crescent beach or "Morrisons" in Ocean Park to escape the main beach crowds. The soccer fields are amazing there. Lovely art and gift shop in White Rock centre.

    After booking a budget double room for $159, my credit card was charged for $189 without my knowledge or consent. I phoned the hotel and was told the room I had booked was for short stay by the hour, only had a single bed and was a work room. If you look at page 4 of the reviews it shows other people have had problems with their rooms and get past the first few pages of reviews with "10" (oh yeah) you will get a clearer picture of how the owner operates.

    Everything was bad from the staff who we talked at the phone very rude asking for a cash for payment doesn't even want to talk to us face to face she asked us to come back to her when we have the cash money in the middle of the night she asked us to find a bank to widraw a money. Big no for me because usually hotel does not accept cash and debit card but this one is different. A SCAM HOTEL.
