The staff were always quick to respond and sent pictures to explain directions and check in. The bed is comfortable and the whole apartement was very clean. We were only here for a night but staying longer would also be nice in my opinion.

A fantastic stay with great hospitality. The host and staff were very responsive, making everything smooth and easy. The dinner at the hotel was excellent—high-quality ingredients, full of flavour, and with great recommendations to match. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was relaxing and well-equipped. The reception staff were absolutely excellent. We’d had a nightmare situation with our old car breaking down which then meant a lot of complicated conversations. Our language skills are limited to English but Greta and the woman on the afternoon shift kindly made the phone calls on our behalf and smoothed the path to the car being repaired. They were so very kind and professional and we appreciated them very much. The restaurant staff were charming and food delicious. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Friendly cleaning staff.

Amazing place… a little out of town means it’s very quiet and a beautiful area. The restaurant offers amazingly delicious dishes .. the ambience of the restaurant is very nice and relaxing.. The staff was incredibly helpful and willing to assist..

Very small hotel just over Balerna station, very close to italian border. The rooms are small but very nice and comfortable, with very useful complimentary bottles of water. Very quiet in the night, very good quality of sleep. Every room have a private bathroom except one….my one. But the bathroom is very close on the corridor, for exclusive use, very clear but small and a little claustrophobic. Breakfast nothing special but staff very very friendly. Overall, a place where come back.
