What did I not like about the property! I liked everything. EVERYTHING! my friend and I thought to rent a car for ease of movement around Lugano, but we ended up taking the train. Lo and behold, they have these smart cars in the hotel, that they lend to you FOR FREE!! and after we checked out and asked if we can borrow the car again, they said “of course you can” so polite, so accommodating. The View was insanely beautiful from our room, I didn’t want to leave the room because I wanted to stay in the comfort of my beautiful room and watch the view and get all the endorphins and happy feels from the view. The price is high but it’s totally justified. And the staff is just so courteous and amazing. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, and I hope to visit again soon.

We absolutely loved our stay! Gorgeous views, wonderful staff, and the food was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. We had a wonderful time.

Everything was great apart from outdoor pool which was closed.
