It’s a great place for family or group of friends. Lots of activities offered. Free parking.

We have stayed here before and picked it due to being perfect for what we want when we visit Brig. The hotel and staff are amazing. The rooms are excellent and very clean, we love how many English language channels there are, and the WiFi was excellent. It's an easy walk to the railway station and buses, as well as restaurants, shopping and supermarkets. The breakfast each day is also first rate. We will be visiting again.

Amazing view from the balcony, the room was spacious, confortable and clean. Very friendly and easy going staff. The village is quiet and peaceful, very relaxing.

We went for hiking nearby, so we wanted a hotel that is comfortable but not fancy because we will only sleep there. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and quiet, meeting all our need. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant was great. Food are quite nice. They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).

Host were fantastic, staff were super helpful and owners are the nicest people.

Beautiful cosy hotel and friendly staff!

Great room, wonderful restaurant and staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Easy walk from the train station. Comfy room, great shower and had shampoo, soap etc. Lovely meal downstairs, it’s a proper restaurant that people travel to, not just guests at the hotel.

The Lodge is a perfect setting on the ski slopes of Belalp. Exactly what we were looking for. The Lodge itself if very comfortable and the cuisine is quite good. Will definitely return when skiing in Belalp.

Amazing place. Everything was very clean and tidy including lobby and bar area. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Taps,shower worked great. SmartTv and Internet also worked perfectly. Nicole the manager was very kind and accommodating. She also looked after our luggage past checkout time so we could use the day to explore. Bottom line, I would stay here again

It's right in front of the train station, so the location is excellent. There was parking available. The staff was very helpful. They also offer a discount for the restaurant at the entrance, which was really nice. The breakfast was also quite good. Overall I definitely recommend it

I absolutely loved how effortlessly reachable this place is—just a 15‑minute walk from Visp train station through a charming little town that feels straight out of a postcard. Our room with two separate beds perfect for friends or family traveling together. The simple, warm décor gave it that “at home” vibe, and our balcony overlooking the garden quickly became my favorite spot. Everything—from the soft, warm lighting to the spotless shower—felt pristinely maintained.

The location, the room size, the balcony, the view from the window, the breakfast. Everything is bravo.

Excellent location. Clean and the room was excellent, enough space am confortable.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the city center and only a 5-minute walk from the train station. There’s an amazing restaurant downstairs, plus plenty of local restaurants and coffee shops just steps away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The hotel was very well maintained and had a charming appeal. Friendly staff and a very good breakfast.
