Chalet Montriond is in a perfect ski in ski out location and has breathtaking views of the mountains. It has recently been taking over by new owners who go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is a perfect one. All the staff that work at chalet Montriond are approachable, friendly and extremely helpful and are willing to help with any inquiries you may have in a professional manner. Breakfast is good and as Chalet Montriond is under new ownership and not long be open, the restaurant is open on limited days for evening meals at the present time, but the chef is exceptional, (This is a temporary situation and will change in the very near future), even catering for my food allergy at short notice however, there are other restaurants within walking distance. As a guest you are made to feel like a valued customer.

Great location, easy access to Champery and Morgins. Bus stop right near the hotel and train station 5 min walk. Clean room, OK for a couple of nights. Very good breakfast, simple but sufficient with some local and homemade products. Wi-Fi OK. Hotel's restaurant was good, though we had a strange feeling being the only guests on Thursday evening. Parking is at a free Parking La Tine nearby (take an exit/elevator to the "Center", it's 100 m from the hotel's entrance) Overall good price/quality.

Richard and his team are super friendly and generous. The location is right next to the Les Crosets ski lift. The restaurant offers great menu options for kids, and breakfast spread is decent. The room has enough space for a family with kids and there is a games room on site.

The hotel and mostly the location of the hotel is exceptional. The staff and the owner are very friendly and the stay was great! The dinner was also wonderful

Nice, cosy and renovated hotel, close to village and Telecabine. Staff are fantastic, Mathieu, Thomas and Laure. You can feel the personal and boutique touch.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Attention to detail was impeccable. We requested an early check in (3 hours early) with only 30 mins notice and they said yes straight away. We got there and they came straight out to help with luggage and then parked our car for us. Complimentary welcome drinks in the conservatory over looking the mountains. The suite was absolutely stunning. 3 balconies with gorgeous views. We stayed with our 3 children (16,15 & 11) so they made 3 beds up in the living area. Children all said their beds were really comfortable, as was ours. All the amenities you would need, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser etc. We had a Christmas tree in the room which made it feel like home from home. The most perfect place to stop at Christmas. The breakfast was great. Hot & cold options. Everything freshly made and lots of choices. We were the only family of 5 staying there, and there was a table set up for us each morning which was a nice touch. No need to pull chairs around and squeeze in etc. Lovely little touches everywhere, Christmas cookies each morning. A present (a huge stunning candle) on Christmas Day with a lovely hand written note. The spa was gorgeous. Always nice and quiet in there. Sauna/ steam room, jacuzzi pool and outdoor heated pool and more. We all enjoyed it. Children loved going in the pools. I loved being able to call the bar upstairs and order a glass of champagne whilst relaxing on a sun longer. Great position with many restaurants & bars within walking distance. The hotel recommended a few places and booked us tables etc. We booked skiing and lessons through Experience Champéry which was recommended by the hotel. It’s opposite the hotel so it was easy to pop in and confirm my booking. They also gave me a discount code for 20% of ski rentals from the Berra shop just a few doors down. I would 100% recommend this hotel for couples or families.

Very, very professional manager/owner/staff. Welcome was very sincere and the check-in easy. Room was immaculate, modern fittings/bathroom and plenty of traditional wooden features. Service at the bar was first class and the restaurant too (same girl) and the steaks we ordered were among the best we've had. We needed some travel advice and the assistance we had was fantastic. Also, we had planned to leave super early and the restaurants/bar waitress made us a breakfast to takeaway, the night before. Totally amazing service.

Everything was perfect. Clean, superb welcoming, good communication. Good installations. We will come back soon.

Lovely property and amazing staff.

Lovely hotel, everything great. The staff is wonderful, always with a smile on and ready to help with any request. The tea time at the hotel was a lovely surprise for our apres-ski. We really hope we may come back to Hotel Suisse soon.

The hotel is very charming and cosy, typically Swiss chalet, located very conveniently not too far from the train and gondola station. The view from my room was exceptional. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is very diverse and tasty. It is very calm at night, so you have a very good sleep. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent. So I loved absolutely everything about the hotel.
