The room was great and the town and drive was amazing!

The owner was friendly, personable and very accommodating. He provided a breakfast room to make tea and coffee anytime and allowed guests to keep food and drinks in the refrigerator - a much appreciated relief during a heat wave. The gentleman who checked me out in the morning was also kind and hospitable. Great staff!

Absolutely everything! Beautiful hotel and location, extremely attentive staff! Excellent breakfast! I really really enjoyed their facility

Friendly staff, very clean room, good food, nice beach just in front the hotel.

The staff and the managers were extremely nice and helpful.

Fabulous location….wonderful hotel and scrumptious restaurant meals

Fabulous View. Location, Room, Service, Staff all was above expectations! Normally I'm not this excited about a hotel.

Staff is extremely kind and shows care for their guests, especially in the restaurant area. Great location, very clean, nice view over the mountains and lake. Solid pool and spa area.

The hotel is a bit outside Ascona, at the edge of a forest. Just sitting outside in the morning and enjoying breakfast was a perfect way to start the day.

Ascona is a small town but still the location is extremely central. The staff is great, from the greeting at the reception to all other services. Rooms are very comfortable. There is a nice swimming pool at the top floor. Also in the room you have robes and slippers for the pool area. Breakfast is good and the restaurant itself is very comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean and quaint hotel

Cleanliness, hospitality, location, value for money, excellent food, everything about this hidden gem is to be outlined.

The property was amazing with a stunning view and wonderful room amenities

I was a simple but complete buffet. You could add additional items from the menu. Beautiful views of the lake!

Hotel is super nice, just a bit of uphill, giving you a great view of the lake, large area for you to have a drink, sunbathing or play with friends and kids. The lake view is privileged. Spacious parking lot, convenient if you are driving, storage for bikes (they also have rented ebikes if you need). Breakfast with a good variety of options. The staff is super friendly, always available to support.
