Great location, AC was perfect

Everything, family room with great spaces, location couldn't be better. The staff at reception super friendly, clean, I mean, 100% recommended and would go back there anytime.

The quietness and very convenient .. park our car at the hotel and we took the free bus around lucerne.

The room was simply stunning amazing, posh, regal. On my second nite, I ddnt leave my room, cos it was sooo cozy, I felt like royalty. The entire decor and vibe was simply classy. The staff, guest were all looking great. My sisters saw my pictures of my room and said it was unreal. It looked like a painting, from a castle. D bar and tea select was great. Breakfast was super amazing. Would definitely come back.. value for money. The entire hotel was stunning.

Beyond expectation customer service at front desk, housekeeping and concierge, the room was large and the staff were excellent.

Neat and clean, near by train station, and safety is really good.

Fabulous location, gorgeous hotel great breakfast

room adequate, lift perfect, outdoor seating brilliant, scenery absolutely stunning, public transport services convenient, easy connection to motorway, staff were kind, efficient, pleasant, and extremely informative. the only place I stayed on my tour of Switzerland that provided me with a request for the visitors public transport free card/QR code downloaded to my phone during my stay.

Room had modern furnishings, great lighting, and a nice working desk.

Nice strong air conditioning. Uncomplicated check in. Quick elevator. Very clean room. Lots of space for wash bags and to hang up towels in the bathroom. Easy check out. Very close to bus stops and a supermarket.

Very nice location. Around 5-10 min walk from train station / bus station. Even bus stop is very close to the hotel. Nice breakfast (same everyday). Nice and helpful staff. Best View for 5 and 6 floor. Our room was with a balcony. Most of the attractions are on walking distance.

Very smooth and easy self-check in system. A clean and spacious room with a fridge stocked with some snacks and water. A large and clean bathroom. Location was great, only about 10min walk from the station and just a few minutes walk from lake Lucerne.
