Facility, play area, and breakfast

The apartment was wonderful! The location is perfect — right in the center of Bellagio and only a few minutes’ walk from the ferry, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having private parking was a huge advantage, especially in Bellagio. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Excellent location. Appreciate cleaning service. Cute Easter egg gift pack upon arrival.

So nice staffs. They supported us so much!

It was smaller than it looked in the photo while booking but so clean and organised

The Allstadt is a 1 star hotel probably perfectly OK but we got upgraded to their sister Hotel Krone just round the corner. Loved it. They lent us a kettle & plug adaptors & we're so helpful

The staff were very friendly and went out of there way to accommodate us. We were upgraded to beautiful rooms for free and when we arrived for check in, our suitcases were already taken to our room. The breakfast was very good. The conditions of the bathrooms were exceptional. The lady at reception told us where we can go and see monuments and nice restaurants.

Everything. The hotel is exceptional. Every detail is designed to make you feel thought about. Beautiful hotels and staff.

The room was simply stunning amazing, posh, regal. On my second nite, I ddnt leave my room, cos it was sooo cozy, I felt like royalty. The entire decor and vibe was simply classy. The staff, guest were all looking great. My sisters saw my pictures of my room and said it was unreal. It looked like a painting, from a castle. D bar and tea select was great. Breakfast was super amazing. Would definitely come back.. value for money. The entire hotel was stunning.

Booked standard room with no lake view and the room was huge! Clean and great amenities. Staff were great - extremely polite and engaging - service was excellent! Best hotel stay!

Great location, service and restaurant! The room was very comfortable, much more comfortable than in other hotels in Switzerland , coffee machine that can also make tea , impressive mini bar, good quality toiletries, great breakfast, I can go on and on, it is absolutely worth its money. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in! Thank you! My sincere recommendation to everyone!
