The staff at the hotel was very kind and accommodating of our needs, they were super attentive and friendly. The restaurant had a good set of options for dinner. The room was super for 2 adults and a kid (could be good for 2 kids too), everything was great, we really appreciate the personal service and would definitely go back!

Well, right from the word go at the reception, I knew I found the right place. First and foremost, the great, GREAT Staff who not just guest but accommodated every oddball request - including that for my favorite dessert of Crêpes Suzette :-D !!! The food was superb, the wine awesome and the Aperol Spritz out of this world! My room was phenomenal with a giant bathtub in which I soaked every morning! Overall, an awesome, awesome, otherworldly experience in paradise!

Amazing Hotel 🏨, good service. Amazing food. Possibility for halfpension. I am very satisfied and I will come back here with my family. Play room for kids is very good equipped. Quite place. Good for family. Shuttle service I found very important because it is on the hill and far from the bus station. Thank you for doing it! PS: A good idea would be the installation of the charging station for the electro car ;)

Great apartment for a family. Perfect location with a lake view. Cleaned and well maintained. All the essentials things are present. Close to a grocery shop Volg. Owners were exceptional…waited for us till midnight for our late checkin. They provided all the helpful documents to navigate around Switzerland. Had a great here and will definitely recommend everyone

It has a big living and dining room. View of the lake from the balcony is excellent. Host Pietro is very friendly and extremely helpful when he provided a jumpstart battery to revive my car's flat battery. He even allowed me to borrow the battery pack after my check-out and return it to him at the end of my Switzerland trip.
