Double balcony lake view was absolutely breathtaking. No words to describe the view. The rooms were very clean and large. Easy to maneuver around on public transport as there is bus stop 2 minutes up the street. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

The place had a really weird vibe. The beds seem to have bugs, when we realized this, we tried calling the reception at night to change our room and there was no answer. We spent the worst sleepless night! We had informed them before our arrival that we want a clean quiet room, neither was it clean judging by the bed bugs, nor was it quiet. The bells were so loud and kept on all night long every 15 minutes - sounded like they were in the room! One of the most horrible hotels I’ve stayed at- we were just waiting to get out of there in the morning! We forgot a pouch in our room and no one got in touch from the hotel, I’ve messaged them to check over a week back and no reply!
