Regardless of all the other excellent things in this hotel, I also made a mistake during the reservation and they were ready for any change and very open to cooperation, they were very understanding and flexible.

The kitchenette is a huge plus. The beds were super comfortable and its shuttle service to the airport was highly appreciated!!

This is my second time staying here, and it remains the perfect choice in Geneva. The hotel is very clean and professional, with a delicious breakfast and high-class staff. The location is ideal—very close to the airport and the "Watches and Wonders" exhibition. Their private shuttle service to the airport and the palexapo is extremely convenient. Special thanks to the Lounge team on the 8th floor for the quiet and comfortable atmosphere. I especially want to thank Samanta for her exceptional service and thoughtfulness; she provided a footstool for me to rest without even being asked. Also, many thanks to Manager Rai, and the reception team, Meriem and Riad, for their warm hospitality. I will definitely be back for Watches and Wonders 2027!
