We were blessed with a big room and the beds were amazing!

Very nice historical building! So beautiful. Large and spacious room. A lot of accommodations at the lobby too if you want to have some enjoyment before bed.

The hotel was in a really nice location, with easy access to trains and busses. They had great breakfasts, and had a luggage storage area to store your luggage prior to check in.

The location is amazing and the view specially with the lake view even at the lobby and the outside area is lovely is was the highlight of Interlaken for us not far from the center and attractions lovely staff

The location facing the length lake Brienz was amazing. The view of the lake was surrounded by only mountains. Unlike other lake front properties, one doesn't look across the lake to the opposite shore, but instead the view along the long axis of the lake is unspoiled by anything. It is located in a suburb of Interlaken called Bonigen. The jetty for the lake cruises is just a few steps away and the Bonigen See bus stop is across the road, which makes it very easy to go into town center with the free bus pass. The hosts made us feel welcome and helped us with anything we needed. We had booked a garden room but we're upgraded to a lake view room with a balcony where one could sit and watch the lake all day long.

Breakfast was amazing. Room was well equipped and big.

The location is perfect close to everything in interlaken.

The property is in front of the amazing scenic view of Switzerland interlake . Dream place to stay ! The staffs are very helpful and great hospitality! The hotel gave us free 2 passes for the train of interlake. Just 2 mins walk to the train station from the hotel, If you are staying here , either have a vehicle.

Very nice hotel in the center of Interlaken! Comfortable and clean room! And breakfast...wow simply the best I have ever had anywhere in a hotel. The variety of breakfast food was insane. Merci beaucoup!

Everything is awesome. The location is near the train station. Place is beautiful. Food is good (croissant is superb!). Toilet amenities are all clarin brand.

The location is very convenient and just less than 10 mins to Interlaken OST.

The view from the lake front room was incredible. Sitting on our balcony watching the moon rise over the mountains was a highlight of our trip. The staff were so friendly and they let us borrow a converter for our charger. The breakfast was delicious.

This was a really lovely inn in a beautiful spot. There are views of the alps from all around. It's an easy few stops on the bus from Interlaken Ost, with a bus stop pretty close to the inn. The food and staff were just wonderful. The restaurant serves fantastic regional dishes that were very high quality.

The View! So location is great for someone want to be next to lake.

This being our second time at Victoria was extra special, cos we were celebrating a special occasion there and i must say from the start of booking they took care of each and every tiny details told. From the surprise cake to the spa all were perfectly executed . we loved it all! The staffs were really friendly and helpful both at the restaurant & the pool , the pool being the highlight of it all! My little one had a great time there ! The location being in the center and with a view so magnificent also with a park at the front , gave us the perfect staycation we needed as family. Thankyou
