We stayed in an apartment next to the hotel as this gave the three of us more flexibility. The apartment itself was spacious and well equipped with lake views and small balcony. Great location with buses, shops and tourist options very nearby. Lucerne is a large, noisy city but the apartment had double glazing which was appreciated.

Location, friendliness of reception team, eggs benedict breakfast. Breakfast voucher a bit silly for this swiss hotel. It seems a bit childlike and old-fashioned, not to mention the pointless waste of paper used every day. Our thoughts and thoughts of some others we spoke to about this,...... at check-in, staff should mention a 40 franc breakfast per couple inclusive of 2 coffees is included in your stay. The location was great. Alot of things were in walking distance. The staff were amazing and helpful with everything. They had a free water, coffee and fruit station as well.
