Everything was perfect! Good communication, clear self check-in indications. The studio is nicely furnished, well located and spotless clean. All needed equipment is available and the "welcome" items were most appreciated. Highly recommend the place for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Everything! The room was very nice and cosy, clean and with a big balcony., We had dinner twice in the restaurant, and both times we were really satisfied. The view was very beautiful, with the Alps just in front. The breakfast, amazing, all fresh products, and including a fantastic tiramisù. Last but not the least, the staff, probably the best thing about the hotel. Everyone is very friendly, professional and at the same time easy going attitude, always helpful and ready to give advice and super customer oriented. This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever been.

The spa complex is easy to find and has a lot of parking spaces. The spa itself is modern and relaxed. Suitable for adults and children, albeit the kids would probably prefer it in the summer months when the water slides are open. The sauna, hammam section is nice too. It can get a bit crowded as it is not very big. The restaurants in the complex are good and there are a few bakeries, rea-rooms and restaurants a short drive away too. It looks like a great starting place for hiking tours.

Saillon is a beautifully situated village amidst the vineyards, apple, pear and apricot orchards, rivers and mountains. It's a haven of peace and tranquility where the sun shines nearly all of the time! The short climb to the old part of the village is well worth it!

Easy access to the pools made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with our one year old daughter. We unfortunately had some noisy neighbors on the adjacent balcony who could not be tamed by hotel staff, but fortunately there was another available room we could move into to get some peace. We found the food and service in the restaurant to be very hit and miss - one night food was good and service was quick, the next food was disappointing and service was very slow - difficult to manage with an impatient toddler at the table. The saving grace was the Magical Tree in the restaurant which bought us several minutes of adult conversation while our toddler enjoyed the toys and played with other children. Great location for the hotel in the midst of the gorgeous valley.

Saillon is a beautiful, picturesque small village in the french part of Switzerland. Around it one can find numerous vineyards and do wine tastings. The nature is amazing. Not too many things to do but it is a perfect place if you want to relax, do some sports (like hiking, biking or simple walking in the nature) and go to bed relatively early. It is also easy to visit other places around like Martigny or Iserable. In Marigny there are also interesting things to do.

The studio has a very nice feel, floor heating, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and squeaky clean. The owner provided very clear instructions and overall communication was great. He even left fresh fruit for my kids, which was a bonus after a cold day on the mountain. We stayed only for one night, but I can imagine longer stay would be very pleasant, especially if we would take advantage of the Bains de Saillon.

The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings with plenty of parking available. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. The room was immaculate. The spa area has everything one needs to relax and chill out after a long journey. The food is of an excellent standard and an all you can eat breakfast that is varied and will set you up hot a day of adventures. All at an affordable price 😊

This time we stayed in the new part of the hotel in a Delux room. It makes a big difference between this and the old part. The old part was clean, but furniture and facilities were outdated.
