Beautiful location, the whole place is very clean. The shower and toilet area was always clean although the place was full. The breakfast was nice and fresh! The staff in the kitchen and the lady at the reception was very kind to us.

The managing staff were so accommodating and helpful. They met us quite late, coming from the train and we're super friendly. Waking up to thebview of the mountains was magical. The apartment is so cosy and warm.

Comfortable rooms. Plenty of parking nice village away from the summer heat. Clean bathrooms and showers down the hall. Easy check in and out.

Breakfast was lovely, kind service and wide variety of items to choose from. The dining room was a beautiful space, elegant and comfortable.

Beautiful historic property, elegant spaces, both the original ones and the new - very thoughtful - add ons, like the reading room and the spa.

Super nice hotel, great location, very nice, friendly staff

The view was gorgeous and the breakfast was wonderful. The restaurant was also good, and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly.

Very clean and beautifully decorated rooms, simple and stylish with good materials. Nice beds. A very good restaurant on the ground floor!

Beautiful charming hotel in a wonderful location.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in the middle of a breathtakingly beautiful valley in the mountains, look no further. The room was cozy and spotless clean, the bed was very comfortable, the staff exceptionally friendly and the meals at their vegetarian restaurant absolutely delicious. All in all, a fantastic stay.

Hotel Fex had the policy of compulsory half board. The food unfortunately was not directed to healthy eating.... albeit it was "4 course"...no raw greens or salads... soggy risotto...no vegetable soup.... What a shame that such a beautiful lovely hotel in an outstanding valley has a "chef" who needs to think deeply about healthy food when customers have no choice... and price of room includes everything meal at ChF200 per person...

We had a great stay in hotel Albana in the middle of October: the room was cozy, spa was very nice, both restaurants are amazing (and you can order from both of them!) and the service is just superb - they arranged our transfer and were super flexible with restaurants and spa. Last but not least - fresh and flavourful estonian bread is delicious! It made breakfasts really special. We will definitely come back!

Best property on our 16 day Alps trip. With a two night stay we received a pass for all public transportation and a multitude of lifts. This saved us a couple hundred dollars.
