Chalet Royal is truly an amazing place with outstanding staff professionalism. Either for ski or leasure purposes, it will stay on my top list.

A real GEM hidden in the forest in beautiful Valais region. We went to the Grand Bains d'Hérémence for a relaxing Spa day (10 min drive) and finished the day at John's Lodge and it was absolutely perfect. The staff, the restaurant, the quality of the service, the amazing room was cozy, clean and super comfy. It would be difficult to make it better!

Perfect location near the lift to the slopes. Huge free parking available near the place in case the one of the hotel is full.

I absolutely loved the stay! The staff at the property were incredibly friendly, and the views were truly breathtaking. What made the experience even better was the exceptional vegetarian cuisine – it was definitely the highlight of my trip!"

Ok BFAST, very good location to access the slopes, staff was mostly inexistent throughout the stay yet we had no problems. Bathroom is quite old

Terrific view, modern and cozy but small rooms. Mountain chic furnished bar and lobby. The large outdoor pool was magnificent, but there were too many people there from Dec 29-Jan 05. Sports shop with reasonable price right next door.

Amazing summer time stay at No 14. Everything was perfect and I felt at home. The service, food, and accommodation levels were above all expectations and comparable to many of the best 5 star hotels. Felt truly cared for and had so much fun meeting other guests. Looking forward to returning next summer!

Everything from the cosy elegant modern gorgeous chalets to the most beautiful view with the most dedicated staff .

Everything! I travelled with my daughters and their friend to spend several days skiing around opening day in Verbier, and also in Zermatt, and what a delight! The staff made this trip exceptional - and helped me arrange so much (rentals, shopping, parking, dinner reservations, etc). The chalet itself is so quaint and beautiful. They have remodeled the rooms and mine was beautiful, with a balcony that overlooked the town and mountains. My daughters were in a “family room” which was perfect since they also had a friend along - they essentially had a suite - two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wonderful! The chalet/hotel has a WONDERFUL restaurant and chef. Breakfast was amazing, and dinners in the hotel after a day of skiing were so cozy and warm - we had fondue both nights, along with other traditional Swiss dishes. The location is perfect - The hotel is a couple blocks from the Medran lifts up the mountain for skiing, and two blocks from downtown shopping. Staying here reminded me of what family owned chalets much have been like long ago - where you are treated like family by the proprietor, and everyone wants you to feel welcomed and cared for. We loved all of it. There was even free parking next to the hotel. I can’t say enough about how nice the staff was to me and my family! The entire experience was so charming. We loved it!

The breakfast at the W was excellent, as was the staff, amenities, and location.

The room is renovated with high quality furnishings. Modern and functional. Great breakfast. Friendly and well informed staff.

Wonderful location -central to all the Alphorn festival events- friendly and helpful staff - fabulous spa.

Amazing location with the best views in the Valais. Facilities was exceptional with so much to offer in the spa area.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable room with excellent breakfast.

The service was very friendly. The location is perfect for going sky. The breakfast delicious

My stay at Chalet d’Adrien was extraordinary from start to finish. The staff members were exceptionally gentle, attentive, and thoughtful, paying attention to every single detail throughout the stay. Service felt genuinely warm and highly professional, without ever being intrusive. The room was outstanding - beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with a stunning view that truly elevates the experience. It is the kind of room where you immediately feel at ease and well taken care of. Breakfast was excellent, with many high-quality options and a strong focus on freshness, including delicious freshly squeezed juices. Both lunch and dinner at the restaurant were also very good, making it easy to enjoy meals on-site without feeling the need to explore alternatives. The spa facilities were incredible, well maintained, and perfectly designed for relaxation. I also had one of the best massages I have ever experienced, delivered by Emilie, who was outstanding. At the reception, Carlos was exceptionally attentive and kind, always helpful and genuinely welcoming, which further elevated the overall experience. Five stars across the board. I will definitely come back.
