The hotel was perfect for what I needed: quiet, peaceful, impeccable clean, friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast.

The beds were super comfy. The lady at the reception was utmost helpful with all our requests. There's a garage with a bike wash stand. The restaurant in the hotel had really great food at reasonable prices.

Beautiful located and having the restaurant was even better we loved the fondue. The family room was awesome for the kids having their own bed up in the den.

Convenient location, friendly staff. The restaurant is very good, but very pricey for this standard of motel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views from the balcony are magnificent! Its pretty close to everything. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious!

Very up to date and clean as can be.

I traveled alone with my dog. Room was not large but very well appointed even with a lap desk. Bed was very comfortable. Spa quality soaps and shampoo. Room was ready for my dog with a water dish. I did not ski but used the spa for an excellent massage. Restaurant cuisine and service was excellent. Breakfast was included. Excellent as well with beautiful mountain views. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms was warm enough.The staffs were friendly, and ready to help. I find the location very ok, we were going to Leukerbad and stayed at the hotel, which was 30mins drive to each other. The food was exceptional, we ate dinner and breakfast. I mean what else would you want. I had a beautiful experience ( I am a dark race) I recommend this, we were there for the new year 2025.

Excellent location, with a picturesque view of the mountains. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Extremely friendly staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. Bonus points for the delicious breakfast. Also, special thanks to Cornelia who surprised us, took care of us and kept us company during dinner&breakfast. Cornelia, you are amazing!

The location is amazing. A few steps to the gondola and the many great restaurants and coffee shops.

Extremely welcoming staff, very helpful. The hotel and the room were nice, very clean. The breakfast was simple but very good, particularly loved the blueberry crumble.

An excellent fresh and revitalising breakfast

Stephane was a spectacular host. He prepared fresh bread and breakfast for us and arranged for a nice time in sauna and spa. My husband got sprain in his leg so he gave him a stick to walk .

I've stayed here 2x before and came back because it's such a lovely place in a great location - two minutes' walk from the bus station at Chandolin Poste, two minutes from the grocery shop, and with an amazing breakfast and dinner offerings. The rooms (I stayed in the bunk bed option but by myself) are very comfortable, with a great bathroom setup (rain shower!), comfy bed, water, coffee machine and pods, and lift access to the rooms. The staff are truly lovely and let us store our overnight bags before and after our stay while we went to work up on the mountain.

Wonderful simple inn style accommodation. The room was comfortable, the location is perfect, there is free parking and the staff is very kind. The restaurant was excellent as well.

The breakfast was delicious and situated in a dining room that was beautiful. I loved how they treated the ceiling with the painted flowers and ivy.
