Bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally spacious with a great kitchenette. Had a lovely view of the lake, enjoyable from the nice balcony. Laundry facilities are fantastic. Everything was very clean. Self check in was all too easy as well. It’s like a home away from home.

Great customer service and rooms with nice view and very comfortable bed. As interior designer I can say that room was gorgeous! It exceeded my expectations We had some good wine at the evening and realy good coffee in the morning at breakfast.

Excellent location in the vacation area of Rigi Kaltbad. Really well kitted out rooms with a view of the mountains. Friendly helpful and caring staff.

The food was exceptional, with every dish exceeding our expectations, and the breathtaking view from our room added a magical touch to the experience. I would love to return in the future and stay longer, the Rigi and the hotel were incredible!

Fabulous location. 10 mins walk from Train station. Exterior of building is beautiful, with the interior as a complete contrast with minimalist deco to rooms but beautifully done.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay at Hotel Löwen am See I had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Löwen am See. The location is absolutely fantastic right by Lake Zug and in the heart of the beautiful old town. It is one of those places where the surroundings immediately make your stay feel special. What impressed me most was the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel is also spotlessly clean and very well maintained. You can really see the attention to detail and the care that goes into keeping everything at a high standard. Overall, Hotel Löwen am See combines a fantastic location, beautiful surroundings, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zug. A beautiful hotel with wonderful people definitely a place I will return to! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
