We had a fabulous stay at TeAraiMoana house! Everything about it is fantastic! It’s extremely unique perched on a hill with a wonderful view of the lagoon and Ootu beach. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and hairdryer are great, and the kitchen is well stocked. There’s a giant tv with Netflix, and two comfy couches in the living room. The outside deck is also very nice with perfect comfy chairs. The house comes with excellent WiFi which is usually limited in the Cook Islands (as in you need either a Vodafone eSIM or hotspot access). The road up does turn from asphalt to dirt but there’s a lot of dirt roads on Aitutaki. Seta met as at the airport and also helped us get back since we rented a small car and couldn’t fit our luggage in it. Simon is extremely responsive. Don’t hesitate to book TeAraiMoana house it will add to the magic of Aitutaki!

We liked the easy access to the beach. It was close to convenience stores. We liked that it felt secluded and that there were kayaks and snorkel gear. Having a kitchenette was nice. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Great location and value for money.

Great location and value for money. Clean and comfortable with excellent wifi connection. Niki organised our scooter rentals with no issues and readily available to answer any questions we may have and offer options for activities in Aitutaki. Our transfers to and from the Airport was done by Jeremiah who was friendl, very helpful and informative. A great place for family wanting budget accommodation in a convenient location.

The exceptional welcome was honestly the best travel experience I’ve ever had - you are looked after here more than in a 5 star hotel! From a complementary airport pickup with complementary breakfast, coffee, fruit, bikes etc etc these guys deserve the biggest tip - they work so hard to ensure their guests are happy , it’s really special. I will be forever grateful at the welcome we received

We had a great time at Sunny Beach Lodge when we stayed there for 1 week in October. Centrally located on the island, close to Amuri town. Supermarket and drinking water station are across the road. Niki is a fantastic host, doing his best to give his guests a wonderful stay. Sunny Beach Lodge felt like a warm community, we had so many lovely neighbours! Again, meitaki mata Niki!

The location, The staff the owner Niki I thought he went above and beyond and was very accommodating I moved from another Hotel and he drove me to pick up my luggage. On checkout day, My flight wasn’t till the evening yet he gave me another room to hang out, take a shower until my flight in the early evening, which he drove me to the airport. Perfect for a kite border.

Great hotel, great location, great staff and a highly recommended restaurant - price/value is fair (you see often locals coming). Also breakfast is from our point of view sufficient and we didn´t really miss anything. The hotel is very well taken care of where you will find everything in good order. Just go and enjoy :-)
