Everyone was exceptionally courteous & helpful to me personally. Sales Mgr Saxon was exceptional professional and very proactive & willing to accommodate customers. Shuttle driver was very kind and courteous.

We stayed for 1 night. The breakfast spread was good. The bed was comfortable. We had welcome fruits plate waiting for us. That was kind of the hotel. Although the room was clean, It's a good time they started upgrading the room.

Hotel staff has given us a free upgrades and the room provided was a loft! It’s very nice and spacious! Their free airport and Disney shuttle make things even better! And they also provides free breakfast at a very early timing so you can eat something before your Disney journey!

Stayed at Shushe during a 21hr layover and couldn’t be happier with my experience. It’s a new hotel so they upgraded my booking to a bigger room with TV (Chinese shows mainly), comfortable bed, tub, amazing sunlight during the daytime; not to mention how clean and new everything is. The owner of the hotel also owns a biotech company nearby in which the gym and the pool actually reside, but can be reached by golf cart on request or by foot (about 7min walk). The staff was also super helpful when I needed help calling a taxi. Didn’t have the chance to have the breakfast buffet (next to the gym) or dine at their German restaurant but overall the hotel had a good atmosphere, was nice to have a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
