Holiday Inn has delivered as expected - clean rooms, perfect location, sumptious breakfast. However, a true gem of this hotel is Klein. Not only does he speak perfect English, Klein makes impossible possible. ANYTHING I needed or was stressed out about, he resolved. Help with room, replenishing amenities, advice about touring the park, transportation, amazing restaurants, shops and drugstores, phenomenal taxi driver - Klien did it all! And he did it with such nice demeanor, always with a smile, as if it was effortless, though I know that his job is very demanding and taxing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, comfortable, well rested, and safe in my onward journey. Thank you to IHG for having him!!!

A gorgeous hotel with very professional and friendly staff (special shout-out to the hotel manager)! Traveled here with friends for hiking in Jiuzhaigou, and all of us were so happy with our stay. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the serene views and supreme beds, everything exceeded our expectations. Although the hotel is not yet in a very bustling location -- it seems many nearby restaurants and shops are just in the process of opening, not actually open yet -- we did find a local restaurant nearby that proved to offer some of the best food we had in Sichuan.
