The front staff was beyond helpful! He was so friendly and so helpful with everything. Hotel is very nice and clean. Bedding is comfortable. Location is great.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful!! Great rooms, lovely views, nice and quiet location, but close to everything. And most of all, an amazing hospitality from staff. They’ve picked me up from train station, they’ve created a group chat if I needed anything, they offered to pick me up and drop me off around town and explained everything to me so well. I felt very taken care of, had a lovely sleep and tasty breakfast. Highly recommend!

Next to the ancient town. Good service .

Friendly staff who explained the activities and what to see in the area. Nice, clean rooms in a central but quiet location. They even sent my adapter straight away to my next destination which was very kind. Highly recommend.

This hotel is great. The stuff is very friendly and you have a free taxi from the hotel to the ancient city. The rooms are very large and very clean. The breakfast is nice

Loved the intact 'ancient' building feeling and room was amazing. Clean, hot water, warm aircon. Great attention to detail with art and furniture in the room. Manager was super helpful with train station pickup and drop off. Also kindly took us to the great south wall to explore! Great quiet location, no elevator only stairs as normal in the ancient town areas.

Room was large and comfortable.

The staff were so helpful. They communicated in advance via WeChat to tell us they have free pickup from the train station. Sure enough, the driver was waiting there with a sign for us when we arrived. They also have free shuttle service to and from the Ancient Town. Although the staff didn’t speak English, we communicated via WeChat and they were extremely responsive. They answered every question right away. The room was huge, clean, modern, with an enormous shower and a good air conditioner.

Location is excellent and it is very close to Qingxixiang (an alley to Tuo river) and close to Hongqiao (rainbow bridge) on foot. Breakfat is very good; many kinds of local Chinese foods and basic Western dishes. And it is free for taking out coffee. Room space is bigger than I expected and staff members are very kind and friendly. Room is also clean, and beds and pillows are very comfortable to sleep well.

We booked a junior suite, but when we arrived there they had given our room to other people and they took us to another different hotel, in another location, and they gave us a smaller room which also was dirty and noisy. DON'T TRUST THIS PEOPLE!!!!

Location is perfect and staff very helpful.
