I LOVED everything about this place! Location was secluded, private and gorgeous and yet close enough to town, national parks and other attractions. You are surrounded by nature so beautiful sunrises and sunsets, butterflies are everywhere, hummingbirds come visit as well as many other beautiful birds. We got to feed and connect with the horses that wondered into the property, WOW! Our host Joe is truly one of a kind, he poured his heart into our experience, he took us to a nearby waterfall and lagoon where we swam all by ourselves! He filled his mud clay pond for us to use as many times as we wanted. Breakfast was delicious and was different each time! This place totally exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend Hacienda en Los volcanos, I know I'll be back!

Beautiful and peaceful property. A little oasis. Laura was wonderful. There were so many beautiful birds and a whole family of howler monkeys in the trees right near our balcony. The attention to detail to decor around the building and in the rooms was exceptional. It was a truly magical stay.

The hosts are so nice, helped in anything we just asked for, plus they are also very knowledgeable about wild animals in the area. A great recommendation for families. Truly a unique place.
