I love Peyia, I love the scenic views and the quirky little streets and restaurants. It's very peaceful here - we live at the other side of the island in Protaras which is very touristy in the summer - Peyia just feels very calm and quiet and peaceful! Recommend eating at The Old Cinema.

Nice, small and quiet village, enough good beaches, some restaurant on the hill and at the beaches - totally recommend "Grand cafe bar restaurant" in the center and Elisaveta Restaurant at the main road by the sea!
Not very entertaining holiday place, but it was sth i was looking for. Nice to chill in peace and forget about other people ;-)
Stunning view from the top of the village! Definitely rent a car.

Although Peyia is quite a steep walk up in to the village, it offers some good bars and Restaurants, The Old Cinema Cypriot Tavern at the top of the village and also Cousins bar but recommend booking as Cousins is not a very big establishment but very popular. Phillipos at the top of the village behind the Church is the place to shop if you are Self Catering, they have just about anything you wish for at reasonable prices.
A huge lettuce for example only cost 40 cents and they are fresh like all the rest of their produce. There is also a bakery that sells fantastic bread and all type of scrumptious cakes.
Go and try, you won't be disappointed.

It's close to most amenities, however I would recommend you hire a car. The restaurants in the village are lovely and there is a great choice in the area. From the apartment you can walk up the hill to Savvas Grill and that is a very nice restaurant. Means everyone can have a drink. You can walk to the village but it is quite a steep hill and fine for the young and energetic. It's not far from Coral bay beach which is lovely but again you do need a car. We had a car but I'm told the buses from Coral bay to Paphos are very good and cheap.

Rent a car!
Rent a car! Peyia is on a hill walking to shops and bars is an option if you are fit and don't mind walking up and down hills, there is a bus service.
Peyia is a quieter than Coral Bay.
Walking distance - Jail Bar is friendly. The Brewery, Harris Bar, Wood & Good, The Old Cinema - do food and Drinks.
Very spacious and well equipped apartment. With a very nice view of the sea. Air conditions for each room. Big private parking, very quiet neighbourhood. Good localization (just 5 min by car to Coral Bay and centre of Peya, 30 min from Paphos airport). Mr Evros is the best host on Cyprus, really kind and helpful who took care of our stay from very beggining. We come back here for sure!
Amazing staying at Peyia!
Spacious, comfortable apartments with great views to the coast of paphos and peyia and the mountains.
The apartment where very clean and with full equipment. The location is also great to explore Avakas Gorge, Kritou Terra and wineries nearby.
A value for cost stying that exceeded my expectations.
Location of Villa was perfectt - 5 minute walk to Peyia Village where you have plenty of choice for eating & drinking. The Villa was located in a quiet cypriot residential area, pool area was private. The neighbours were all very friendly and welcoming.
