Lovely owner, had an elevator,

Location, cleanliness and food

Food was very delicious, well-prepared and presented--Excellent steak dinner, wonderful waiter with good sense of humor, eager to please and help us celebrate.

Really beautiful and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our late check in and early departure the next day.

Didn't know it was the catholic church, very divine and peaceful vibe. Parking place right next to it for free and spacy. The staff (the nun) was super nice and welcoming. The toilett was big and the room was cozy.

Parking right next to the hotel, with a roof and lights. The staff was nice. Breakfast was nice. Easy to access with a car as it is next to the highway.

I like the theme suites, the stuff was really nice and helpful

The location is very good and convenient. The bed was comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay.

Very clean, comfortable and good location in a quiet area. Perfect if you want good sleep

Friendly staff, convenient location, easy parking, pet friendly.

The hotel is great and very unique as it's converted from an actual factory. Everything is new and modern. The bathroom was pretty, the room was functional. Bike rental is possible, but you can get to the city easily by bus, too. The bar/brasserie was cute and perfect to start our day with a coffee (we didn't order breakfast). The reception and specially Nina was amazing, very attentive: we are usually pretty independent but had difficulty to find an emergency pharmacy- they helped us to find it. There are some restaurants around the hotel so even if you haven't had dinner in the city center, you can do so next to the hotel.

Really nice hotel in a great location.

I chose this apartment specifically for safety reasons, and it exceeded my expectations! While it is outside the historic old district, it’s only about a 10-minute walk away. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and secure at night. One night, my friend and I (two Asian women) finished dinner after midnight and were initially a bit nervous about the 7-minute walk back. However, unlike the narrow alleys in the old district which can feel intimidating late at night, this area felt completely safe, with plenty of couples still out walking around. On top of the great location, the owner was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me when my luggage went missing. I am so grateful for his help! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Palermo.

Perfect location, friendly staff, the single room felt cozy and not too small. I was very impressed and wished my stay had been longer!

This is a very nice and comfy business hotel, but cute and cozy enough for a pleasure stay as well! The hotel is a bit far from Munster center, but I was attending a concert at Skater's palace which is walking distance from this hotel. THere si a bus stop just across the street (#8 Bus) which takes you directly to the Altstadt (old town). The value is really good considering how big and comfortable the rooms are. The common spaces are very cozy and beautiful as well. The staff at the desk/bar were very nice and helpful. I'd certainly return if seeing show at one of the nearby venues.

Reception staff was super friendly and welcoming, food amazing, the guy at the omelet station in the morning was very nice and the omelets delicious. Best tomatoe soup I've ever had. I was happy that the restaurant was pet friendly I saw a beautiful dog that made my day

Staff were informative spoke in english to us explained all facilities. Deer were in a field next to us so we could observe them from the room window. Near to Gievenbeck town where we were able to eat and drink and shop.

Room was very spacious and the hotel was very clean. Staff were brilliant. The breakfast was sufficient, but limited continental breakfasts. Coffee was great.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in and out. Comfortable small room. Good for a couple nights.

The hotel is very clean, has spacious rooms, and is quiet. Breakfast is good.

Good healthy breakfast, clean room. Calm environment, including a nearby Park for a nice still in nature and manicured park. very soothing and relaxing. recommended

Very calme in relaxing and green surrounding.

Great location and service. Was impressed that the garage was kept for overnight guests 💯 especially during the holidays Truly enjoyed the room and breakfast as well
