Staff and breakfast both were exceptionally amazing. Comfortable and clean rooms. Very impressed overall!

My friends that we traveled with had an eye opening experience in their room and the owner and staff took care of them. Our room was very spacious. Breakfast and dinner was just perfect.

The rooms were so beautiful, we had a lot of fog so didn't get to witness the view. And it came with breakfast.

We loved this place! Everyone was so friendly and it was right next to the cassiopeia therme. The breakfast was fabulous. I cannot over emphasize how great the staff are here!!!

The rooms were really nice with great facilities. The breakfast spread was absolutely wonderful. The location could not have been better. It's close to great cafes, hikes, trails and the thermal bath. The hosts were kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place and I'm sure I will be back here.

Best possible location - very central. Friendly staff. Upgrade to very large room with balcony. Outdoor breakfast terrace has beautiful views of the nature and medieval castle ruins in the distance. Has its own wellness and thermal bath facilities. We had a wonderful massage in the hotel spa. Outdoor relaxing area is totally quiet and secluded with only nature as your view. Walking distance to the main thermal baths.

The hotel is fantastic, the owner is more than helpful, there is wonderful restaurant in the hotel with great food. The breakfast was more than excellent. 10+

It was perfectly located for quickly getting on and off the highway, that is why we choose the hotel. Also because it has a restaurant which has really great food. The hotel room is fine, something to have a good night sleep.

Initial greeting was very friendly, explanation of facility was detailed, rooms are beautiful and all staff friendly. The hosts provided a welcoming aperitif and shared the history of the hotel. The pool and sauna were easily accessible and spotless. This stay was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful hotel in a spectacular location We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautifully located in the Black Forest, with stunning surroundings and views, a lovely infinity pool, excellent breakfast and very nice spa facilities with sauna, robes and slippers. The bed was very comfortable and housekeeping was excellent. Special mention to Alma, who was absolutely wonderful and provided exceptional service.
