Huge suit like room. Comfy bed. Big toilet and nice shower even though a bit small. Coffee making machine in room. Wonder staff, excellent breakfast with wonderful varieties and choices. The Superb Carcalla thermal spa is literally linked to the hotel. 2 minutes walking to the beautiful city center of Baden-Baden.

Everything was wonderful. Our room was large with a beautiful view. All the staff were kind and welcoming. They aim to please. Every encounter was a pleasure. We dined in both restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Food excellent, as was service. It’s no wonder it was recently rated the best hotel in all of Germany. We moved on to another luxe hotel in Germany and it is a let down compared to Brenners Park. Try the spa saunas, steam room and pools. We had massages in the spa that were great, and the waiting area was lovely with drinks and snacks. Much better than the public ones offered in town. I hope we return someday.

I had to get an hotel on Sunday afternoon around 1600 and at first the payment through booking.com didn't work so we tried contacting the owners/company and they helped us pay for the room and everything went smoothly after. To first get into the room was a bit tricky cuz me and my gf where both tired and didn't fully read the email so we didn't enter the right code(the 4 digit one instead of the long one) the first time but after reading it again we entered the room without any problems, everything inside was really nice and just like we expected.
