The location of the apartment is really good - just a couple minutes' walk outside of the town center so very easy to access the restaurants, bakery, and the market that was going on. The apartment was very clean and well outfitted. It was nice to have salt + pepper to be able to fry some eggs in the morning. The owner was very responsive when we had a question about the wifi. We stayed here to hike the Schluchtensteig trail, and it was perfect for that.

The hotel is situated in nice and quiet location, approximately 30 minute's drive from Schaffhausen and Black forest the source of the Danube if you want to see several things then it's your place. Furnishing is not the most modern, but it's spotless clean and beds are comfy. Breakfast is standard german.

The room we stayed in was across the street from the main building in a beautifully renovated house. No room # but each one has a « first name ». Room was delightfully decorated. Restaurant serves very good local food.

    Probably the most complete/convenient facility I have ever had/stayed in any hotel, B&B and holiday houses around the world. Probably even more items available than in my own house. From kitchen gear to equipment like microwave/oven/coffeemaker/dishwasher to the whole set up of the house in general. Everything you need (and don't need) It's all there. Supermarket and take away food very nearby. Very convenient private place to stay for a holiday in the black forest.

    The hotel is very quaint and charming with a good location in Blumberg. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. And the restaurant was a nice place to unwind in the evening.

    The location was a great place for starting our walk. The hotel was clean with friendly, helpful staff. It was only a ten minute walk to panoramabad, a fantastic outdoor dining facility for the whole family.

    The hotel is well located for hikers. It is conveniently close to the Ostweg. For hikers it is also nice that dinner is served at the hotel. The room we had was clean. It was also quite spacious.
