amazing experience, a very unique location, lovely views, a lot of character, feels like living in an actual castle. the staff was very helpful and welcoming. it seems like it's a family business and it shows - they care a lot and they do that with a lot of love.

We flew into Frankfurt 2 nights ago. We were headed to Fuessen to visit the castles and were looking for a midpoint to spend the night due to the late arrival of our flight. We found a hidden gem in the Neue Post. It is located in a picturesque village called Leutershausen. There is an in tact city wall on both sides of the main road. The vies from the main road are postcard worthy.

Very clean and comfortable space. The hosts were just lovely! Very cheerful, friendly and helpful. The location is a quaint little town surrounded by beautiful meadows and the drive to the house was scenic.

If you don't mind going into the hinterland, this is a classy hotel in its price category. Easy to reach using GPS--not that far away.. A gentile breakfast experience. I highly recommend.

This hotel is an old castle and truly an experience of a lifetime if you want to feel in a fairy tale. The deers running on the surrounding grounds, the landscape, and the surrounding nature can evoke a surreal experience, as much as the haunting details of mounted animals, taxidermy, old dolls in cribs. Highly recommend.
