The hotel is located in a quiet park-like setting well away from noise and traffic, close to Düsseldorf. All rooms are equipped with shower, flat screen TV and a desk. We especially like the evening diner, food was delicious as were the deserts. We made use of the swimming pool and sauna, very relaxing and not busy at all.
This guest house is located in Erkrath, between Düsseldorf, Hilden and Wuppertal. Millrather Brauhaus offers free WiFi as well as a traditional brewery restaurant, bar and beer garden. Excellent place to stay, friendly and supportive staff, close to railway station and connectivity
Located in Erkrath, 24 miles from Essen, BESOTEL Erkrath- Ferienwohnungen und Apartments has a garden and free WiFi. Rarely you find a host that puts your needs first and does not think at a short term profit. The apartment was very well equipped, very clean, good quality and very modern. We had a parking place at any hour, near the entrance and this helped us a lot with the things that we had to carry around.
Located in Erkrath, Monis Jägerhaus has a restaurant, bar, garden, and free WiFi throughout the property. Cologne is 23 miles from the inn, while Düsseldorf is 11 miles from the property. Without breakfast onsite, a hotpot to make warm beverages would be a nice addition to the room.

There is a lot of outdoor activity possibilities in this area. It's worth of being familiar about the Neandersteig. Shopping possibilities are good and Düsseldorf is just a couple of train stops from Erkrath. The S-bahn is easy to use even if you were there first time.
I really liked the area. Plenty of places to visit. I was visiting my sister and we used her car to get around. Wuppertal is well worth a visit as is Schloss Burg, located in Burg an der Wupper (Solingen). It is the largest reconstructed castle in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany and a popular tourist attraction. Its early history is closely connected to the rise of the Duchy of Berg.
Very nice room (I had the superior one), an excellent dinner at a fair price and I could park my car directly on the big, free parking in front of the hotel. I loved the shower and the matress. From this point of view, finally I have found the ideal hotel for my stays nearby.
It's a nice family-feel hotel with all the amenities you need, breakfast and restaurant are really good, there is also a sauna and swimming pool, personnel super friendly and willing to help...even comes up with you to show the room!
Feels like going home, Melanie & Tomasu are such a great host, I feel like staying at relative's place while receiving 6 stars hotel treatment
It's nice property and clean.
