dog friendly, spacious and excellent breakfast options

Nice, comfortable hotel to stay at, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was quite tasty also.

1- Silence & Soundproof room 2- Everithing was very clean 3- Super easy automatic check-in even in the middle of the night

It was very clean, pleasant, homely. Contactless check-in is a great idea. Quiet neighborhood.

The room was very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to stay and don't mind basic accommodation then this is highly recommended. There is also a restaurant downstairs, and a small supermarket right outside that is open until 7pm in the week which was really useful. The owners were also very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location for phantasialand and Cologne. All staff were very nice and accommodating. We do not speak German so they made sure someone could explain everything for us. Beds are comfy, rooms are big and well equipped. Free parking as well. We would definitely return.

Clear instructions for self check in and the rooms where big and clean.

Excellent hotel. The staff was super helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great for a quiet stay outside of the city.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and modern. Overall, I had a great experience.

We and an absolute huge hotel room with like a perfect bed and two single sofas

Location, friendliness of staff who really went out of their way to make things easy and respond to any requests, ease of access. Very helpful place for those in town for a few days and need somewhere simple to have a base.

Super friendly, great room, lovely atmosphere, we had an amazing time🙏 They even offered us a piece of Panettone. We will definitely come back.

Everything was more than expected, probably because another organisation bought them I think because it was not the same name when I got there. I thought I was at the wrong hotel, it was really beautiful. Now it's worth the 4 stars 🤩

Room large bed large very clean and comfortable- restaurant and spa lovely. Great service from everyone especially the bar manager who was especially helpful in looking after my in-laws.

The staff was amazing, helping heartedly with every request I had.

Good quiet location in walking distance to tram stop and bus stop which makes central Cologne very accessible. A couple of restaurants within 15 mins walk (check opening times) also there is a supermarket a short walk from hotel. Breakfast ok, bed comfortable and a good shower. Plenty of parking.

Clean and welcoming facility. Attentive and always helpful staff. The location is perfect even for those without a car, as it is close to all the shops and services you could need. Highly recommended!

We didn't had breakfast because of our budget but im sure we missed the breakfast at the hotel.

We arrived around midnight due to issues in route! Night manager was very very helpful

Very clean and confortable, the personal were so kind!

Great location, room and staff

The girl at the front desk was the nicest! She even gave us coffee in the morning 😁 Old building with very visible renovation work done!
