Everything was great! Perfect location, very clean rooms and very kind staff! The dinner was exceptional, amazing chef!

The hotel is located a brief walk from the center of town. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of choices. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms with the balcony.

I liked the complete stay and also the facilities and breakfast.

Very convenient location, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean .

Good location. Very comfortable and nice breakfast (which is optional). A short walk to the old town, with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Walk the other direction to KissSalis Therme through forest path or street. Don't miss the mud bath when you are there!

The service was SPECTACULAR! The receptionist called me twice before our arrival because she thought we would be arriving in the middle of the night, and she called to give instructions. She was exceedingly friendly and kind when we wanted to change rooms from the very beautiful and modern apartment to the very beautiful and more cozy apartment. The rooms are so lovely and the view of the rose garden is so wonderful, you just want to be in the apartment. But you don't need to be, Bad Kissingen is simply beautiful with its parks, old-town restaurant and cafes, and Thermal Pool. This was certainly worth the trip.
