The rooms were quite spacious, the design modern, and the prices were not high. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The location is perfect, right in the center of Offenbach and only a few steps from the train station.

The staff was excellent. There was a small bar with seating for small groups that didn’t feel crowded.

We had a very comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early and they were able to store our luggage while we explored Frankfurt. We chose this property as it was across the street from our rental van office.

Very polite staff at the reception. Very clean and comfortable rooms! Very flexible staff. Our three bed room was upgraded free of charge to two double bed rooms because there was no availability for a third bed.

All essentiels well covered. Very comfortable and affordable. Though maybe not everyone s first choice there is a macdonalds right next door. Maybe some other things nearby but i didnt want to go any further so it was a quick easy dinner for me. Access was easy arking right in front of hotel.

Loads of parking, very easy to find despite reading the other reviews. Lovely room, very comfy bed, relaxed and varied buffet breakfast. The outside of the building was very dramatic and I loved the crazy lifts.

Friendly staff, even my dog got some treats and a comfy bed for him. They also accepted late checkout with a small fee.

Great location. Close to subway and city old town

Beautiful stylish decoration, very clean; there’s a bus station right outside, so we were able to go to the city easily. Extra points because they upgraded it our room for free.

The location being close to hauptbahnhof and not far from markt platz is a huge plus. The hotel is very nice and decorated in nice antiques makes you feel comfortable

While we were very pleased with all aspects of the hotel, one thing stood out. The staff was exceptional. This included the woman who prepared omelettes at breakfast and the young man and girl who cleaned the rooms. But most especially the two young women, Vera and Sinram (forgive me if I have misspelled this) who managed the daily running of the hotel. I have a business in hospitality and we understand the importance of being responsive to the client's needs. These two young women were exceptionally gracious and responsive. My wife was not feeling well the first 2 days of our stay and both went out of their way to make her as comfortable as possible. I cannot praise them enough and would recommend the hotel based upon their attentiveness to the quest's needs alone, all done with effortless charm.

Nice location close to train station and S bahn. Check in was easy, the room was ok for the price at the time.

The price including parking and breakfast was a tremendous value. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious with a lot of options. Our room was very clean. Bedding was lovely, bathroom was clean. Appreciated the ceiling fan given that there is no AC, which is typical for Europe.
