We enjoyed our stay immensely. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. In particular, Sven was notable for being friendly and immediately willing to help and look after us - we really appreciated his kindness and hospitality. The room is furnished simply but was spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, the bedding and bathroom were very clean. There was a lot of choice for the breakfast and the dining area was very clean. The location is very convenient with frequent buses calling at the stop immediately outside, taking just 5 minutes to get into the town centre & train station. From there, less than 20 minutes to reach Cologne central station. Really excellent! Thank you again for accommodating us and we look forward to visiting again.

The hotel fully met all our expectations. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is located in a large, impressive building that was previously used for religious purposes, which gives it a unique atmosphere. Breakfast was good — not overly abundant or diverse, but more than sufficient. The staff were polite and helpful. The view from the room window was absolutely wonderful and made our stay even more special.

The Room was big and very clean. Good setup and a very high quality beds. The room had very good isolation and was very quiet. There is a restaurant in the same building and we had late lunch and it was very good. The portions are BIG and tasty. A specially the home made rakia! You should ask for the RAKIA. A must try! The train station is 5 minutes walk and it takes you to the Koelnmesse.

very nice quiet hotel outside the city. Spacious parking. Rooms are not that big, but still cosy and well equipped. There is all you might need at the hotel - swimming pool, sauna, quite functional gym, electric bikes to rent, charging stations for electric cars. Hotel is sorrounded by a huge forest which gices some options for hiking or biking.

Although we stayed in this hotel for just one night, my girlfriend and I liked it very much. First of all, I must mention about the staff's interest and kindness. During both our check-in and check-out process they were very helpful and kind. Also during the breakfast, it is the same for the staff there. This hotel is a good base to work from to visit Koln and surrounding area. Spot on Public Transport links. 161 Bus from just outside the Hotel connects you to the Airport or Porz Market. Use the App to buy your tickets. There is plenty of parking as well. I found my room large, clean and spacious. Most importantly, arriving on a freezing cold day. Warm! Found staff friendly. Would certainly go back.
