I had a wonderful stay at this charming family-run place. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made me feel like part of the family from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, generous, and clearly made with care. What truly stood out was the host's genuine kindness and willingness to help with anything I needed, from local tips to extra requests. Perfect for business trips (like mine) or for families or anyone seeking a personal, heartfelt experience. Highly recommended!

I travelled for 10 days and 10 different hotels. This hotel was the best ever in my life. It was very clean and nice view and the host was very kind and he told us about the bakery near the hotel was so delicious.

The room was comfortable, pleasant and clean. The toilets are separate though that wasn't a problem for a 1 night stay. Good communication from the owners. Fairly easy to find with parking out front. A good choice for me for a stopover on my way to Italy. Thank you.

Not the hotels fault but the access from the motorway was shut and we got a bit lost, even though we've been here before. The hotel is always welcoming, good size room, comfy bed and lovely shower, the food is excellent as is the service. Fuel station just along the road so very convenient before heading back to the motorway.

Good location for our journey close to the motorway

Fully digital hotel: after reservation, you receive your digital key and all instructions on your phone. And your invoice as well. Large free parking lot . A restaurant. The room was equipped with a SMART TV with ALL STREAMING APPS. That's very nice! You can watch your favorite shows. Wifi all over the hotel

The room was just perfect—a very comfy room. The shower was great as well; the view is also lovely, the location is just perfect—a nice bakery across the street.

Stopover that exceeded expectations.. great size family room, very comfortable beds, spotless, excellent breakfast. Great restaurant and beer garden across the road - so convenient

Can't go wrong with this Bavarian Hotel: perfect host, gorgeous staff dressed in bavarian "dirndles" and a great breakfast!! (loved the scrambled eggs with "shinken"). Oh, and the most important: a very good kitchen they have! We arrived in the evening and had a great dinner of high cuisine and also great quantities (as a Belgian, that's important for me :-) ). My compliments to the chef!

Ideal location, nice atmosphere.

The breakfast was very nice and the choice was pretty large. Using a butter portioning machine was an experience I will never forget :D The rooms are well equipped (fridge, good lighting, comfortable beds). The only thing I can suggest are a bit thicker pillows because they were so thin I had to sleep on three at the same time, but it's really a minor issue and probably a matter of personal preference.

Great boutique Hotel concept - modern building with large rooms, beautiful views of the Munster and a café on the ground floor with great food and fun vibe.

the staff and breakfast and the noise-proofing were all spectacular. I couldn't even hear the bells ringing and this is something in Ulm. Also they had shutters like anyone sensible must these days to deal with the heat and light. The ground floor restaurant and patio were great. Everyone was out there enjoying breakfast in the morning and beer in the evening.

A hotel is very comfortable. It ia very clean ans has large rooms. There is a great buffet breakfast with very tasty dishes. The staff is nice and ready ro help

The hotel is easily accessible, the rooms are very spacious and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are quiet even though our room had a street and railway view. The personnel is very nice and the hotel restaurant offers delicious and varied food.

Apartment is very fresh, clean and functional. The bed is very comfortable, also we liked the temperature inside - really warm like in summer. If you travel by car it's ideal, because it has lots of parking places.

A nice new hotel, pristine-clean and with a very good breakfast. The parking is free on the hotel facilities, it is not so far from the town centre. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.

Staff is very nice, hotel definitely offers a lot for its price. Also location of the hotel is perfect because it sits very close to the city Center, u can take 5 mins walk to nicest city center around Donau od 10 mins to Ulmer Münster. For those who arrive by train location is ideal, because it is just next to the Bahnhoff!

The real perfekt hotel-biergarten, with all what you need

the Super Team gave me a wonderful and warm welcome, helped me to find the parking and took care of me perfectly, compliments! Everyything was more than perfect for my needs: big and silent room, excellent wifi connection, amazing breakfast and location was central( 10 min walking to reach downtown) and close to everything you need , there is a big shopping center 1 min walking from the hotel. But the most important element is for me the warm and super kind approach of the whole Staff. one more time compliments

We received exceptional support throughout our stay. They assisted us with check-in, reservation changes, parking, and even helped carry our luggage. On our departure day, we were supposed to leave the room at 10:00 a.m., but they kindly allowed us to stay until 6:00 p.m., which was incredibly helpful for arranging our departure according to my work schedule. They also helped us with the door code, and everything was handled very quickly and efficiently. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, practical, and very accommodating.

Everything, perfect traveler short stay. Hotel modern, comfortable, stylish, clean. Great restaurant, home brew. Maybe make the automated check in a bit more obvious, but was handled without issue at all on the phone.
