The staff is kind and always asks what they can do for me. Even though I checked in late in the evening, the staff guided me to the parking lot and the room. There are many restaurants and stores nearby, so it's comfortable to stay, and most of all, it's quiet in the evening, so it's good to sleep well. Breakfast was always kept warm and fresh and prepared early in the morning, so it was comfortable and delicious. The hotel's facilities are clean and well maintained. Everything was perfect. Thank you for your good service

Leonardo Royal Hotel Cologne Bonn Airport is obvious from name that it is located near Airport. If you are on a road trip it's 15 kms out of cologne city or if you are staying close to Airport it's best option but if you want to go to downtown twice thrice by taxi uber you have to bear hefty cost & waste extra time to & from main city plus you won't find any nearby food or shopping outlet as it is in off skirts of Cologne city near to airport. We were travelling by car on a road trip and there is free car parking outside hotel so it's a good option for us. There is an adjoining paid parking platz as well but we parked free on road parking in front of Leonardo Royal hotel. The hotel is plush clean I would rate 4 5 star and offer welcoming drink and fruits at entrance. There is a lobby well decorated and a bar who kept our frozen medicine pack. Thanks to them. The room was spacious with ccomfortable beds, coffee maker, fridge, working desk, electric iron and ironing board etc. Wash room was well appointed clean with walk-in shower. Our overall experience was great. I loved this hotel...

Dog friendly … even revived a note to our dog , a blanket bowl and dog treats I didn’t think she would want to leave … it had late check in with the outside locker ideal when it’s hard to judge your travel. Often hotels say they are pet friendly and charge you ( which we accept) but they often are not really dog friendly … this one was but not at the detriment to those who do not have dogs 😀

We went for a diving trip and stayed at the hotel. It was very handy as the hotel is linked to the diving facility. The staffs are nice and friendly and the breakfast was nice also.
