Lovely small city with some great restaurants. Lovely scenery and relaxing vibe. Ferry just south to Germany was above our expectations. We were recommended Restaurant B but you need a reservation...the place smelled of excellent cooking! They recommended we try Bangs Have...awesome place with a very good Chef and Luisa the maitre di/server was outstanding. She gave us top service and good choices. Loved our meal and the location on the water and in the trees is Magical!! Try this place you won't be disappointed.Guest review byMaria - 4.0
The town is frankly rather non descript.
The town is frankly rather non descript. The largest hotel has a glorious position by the lake. Eating out in centre is mostly choice of second rate pizzerias. I love Denmark but will give this place a miss next time I am passing.Guest review byNicholasDenmark
