Free private parking is available on site. the owners of the place are extremely friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the place has some amazing views and is really quiet at night for a good rest. will defenatly come back when I'm in Ibarra

Located in Ibarra, Tunas & Cabras Hotel provides accommodations with a year-round outdoor pool, free WiFi, a restaurant and a bar. We reserved a room with a double bunk and a full size bed. also I paid in full trough booking.com the hotel contact me after that, and they send me the reservation. Anyhow when we get to the place they said that they have no idea about booking.com and also that they haven’t received payment through booking. The hotel it’s ok and very comfy specially if you like nature. Just make sure that if you book trough any online app double check with them before you go. What it’s really weird and unethical it’s that if they don’t have contact with the app why and how they contact me trough text messages email and what’s app if I never contact them directly.

The location is amazing, the pool facilities and view are wonderful. The staff are warm, welcoming and extremely friendly and made sure everything was great for our visit. They asked when we wished to use the facilities so as it would be just right when we were ready. The staff were very conscious of Covid precautions during our stay which was also reassuring. The food and breakfast were delicious and with a great view overlooking the valley as you eat. It is a really cozy place and peaceful experience.

The stay was marvellous, the lady who works there is super nice, helpful and caring! We made friends with her:) she turns on jacuzzi, steam bath and pool if you want. The view over the Laguna is amazing. In the Lobby you have space to work and to relax. If you have questions, she always helps. The breakfast is extremely delicious and rich. The room is always perfectly cleaned and we got water every day! Muchas gracias por todo!!
