United StatesThe woman who checked me in was very warm and friendly. She gave me information about the room and where breakfast would be served. The hotel is in a perfect location in the center of town. The room was big. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything I needed. Breakfast was quite sumptuous with a bowl of fruit with cereal and yogurt, and then a plate of eggs, an empanada and a piece of toast was served. I'd come here again on my next visit to Loja.

Exquisite decor and installations are immaculate. One of the best hotels I've stayed in Ecuador with a great price and 5 star service without breaking the bank. I highly recommend Grand Victoria Boutique Hotel; Staff is exceptional, and even though they are not bilingual, they still try their best to accommodate any inquiry.
