First of all the communication with Fabian was exceptional. We arrived very late from the airport and his staff greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional the next morning. We liked our stay so much that we stayed again at the end of our trip before our departure.

The owners were very friendly and accomodating. We had a very late check-in and an early check-out, and they didn't mind and woke early to get us to the airport. The room was very comfortable and roomy. We slept so well.

Only 8 mins from the Airport with a free shuttle. Santiago one of the Managers was amazing, he organized a private taxi/guide called Dario to take us into Quito old town to stay with us while we visited some tourist sites. and then waited while we had a meal at PIMMS (also to be recommended) We were 3 ladies staying in a 2 person suite, (for an additional fee). The sofa bed was comfortable, and the suite had 2 bathrooms. Dario the guide was so good we hired him for a second trip. Fab breakfast, good bartender. Santiago was most attentive, and made us feel very safe and cared for. The service was exemplary at this Hotel, we considered staying at a more expensive hotel in the old town, but the convenience to the airport and the ability to book a car and driver made this a much better choice.
