Everything! Not a single issue. First and foremost, I’ve never seen such friendly staff. I’ve been to so many hotels and resorts around the world and I’ve never met such friendly, helpful staff. Everyone wanted to make sure that we’re having an exceptional stay, from the reception to the housekeeping to the waiters/waitresses to the chefs and everyone else. Ms. Massaouda was the superstar. She reached out to me before my arrival, helped us with early check-in, gave us an in-depth review of all the facilities, always checked in on us to make sure we’re happy and helped us with a late check-out. Other than the staff, the resort has a huge number of facilities and entertainment that suited our entire family’s age groups. The activities at the kids club and the every night shows were spectacular. Last but not least, the food was exceptional. A huge variety and wonderful taste. Thanks to Jaz Asteria’s whole team! This trip will be memorable!

The service was top, and everyone was happy and friendly. Fatima at the reception went out of her to see that we get the best room. There was a variety of food dishes, so many options to choose. The best part was late breakfast and lunch for those who missed breakfast and lunch. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendliness and professionalism.     Hurghada is a beautiful city with plenty of activities and attractions to enjoy. It offers a wide range of resorts to suit every traveler’s needs. I highly recommend staying at Jaz Hotels or Titanic Royal — both provide excellent service and memorable experiences. However, I strongly advise avoiding Titanic Resort & Aqua Park. Unfortunately, the service there was well below expectations.

    We only left the hotel to go running or to the local mall. Having ran in many countries across the world it was to be expected, poor paths, busy roads and wild dogs. The local mall, about two miles in taxi, was very useful and easy to access.

    We only used Hurgada as a place to pick up our dive boat from otherwise I don't think I would recommend Egypt to anyone for a holiday except for the scuba diving which is generally pretty good. The heat between June and September now is ridiculous!

    One of the top 5 hotels in hurghada for sure and I had been to many others. The staff really try their best and even beyond to give the best experience. Everyone is smily and friendly. We had family delux room. The Best family room I had been to.. very well organised for privacy and comfort. The pools and the beach really clean and well maintained. If you are a foody be sure you will have amazing time there. Pomodoro restaurant pizza and pasta are a must try.

    This hotel is in a great location in the hurghada marina. We initially checked in for one night and then extended for 2 more as we liked it so much. The hotel manager was super helpful in accommodating us. Beautiful view from the rooftop of the marina and super value! You also have access to the blue beach club for a dip in the garden sea. The room is clean and very comfortable.
