Beautiful location! Just a short boat ride from the Philae Temple. I would choose this hotel ten times over staying in Aswan. The fact that it’s on its own island — only accessible by boat — makes it feel wonderfully secluded. We loved the boat rides on the Nile, and the hotel provides free boat taxis, making it easy to get around. The decor is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A unique and peaceful place to stay.

Small, welcoming hotel with beautiful views. Staff was kind. Food was delicious and plentiful. Host invited us to join him for a beautiful sunset at one of the locals favorite areas.

All staff members were very accomodating and friendly. The food there was traditional and delicious. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The front desk receptionist organised our trips very well, it was smooth sailing all throughout.

The staff are amazing and very helpful. The food was excellent and homemade. Overall, you would feel like home at this place. We loved Hagga Fatma, Mohamed and Amouri. Would definitely go back again!

Carim, the Owner, is kind, and helpfull. He his here for you for anything. He bring us to à nubian célébration / party for free. Great expérience ! The view in the hostel is INCREDIBLE. The Best view of our vacation in Egypt for sure !! You will not being disapointed 😀

We loved our stay at the Eco Nubia. Not only was it itself beautiful with amazing views over the Nile and Philae temple, but the staff were friendly and professional and gave us a truly memorable stay. The food at the hotel was delicious and the outdoor dining area looks over the Philae temple. Boat transfers are easy to organize. The rooms are comfortable and the views from the balcony were gorgeous.

Everything about our stay was simply perfect. The boutique is on an island, but it’s a 2 min. boat ride to the Nubian Village and a 5 min. boat ride to Luxur’s main land. So it’s the perfect blend between off-grid and city life. The staff was very accommodating and sweet. They brought us a cake and sang a birthday song. The breakfasts were on point. Delicious, local and so filling. They even farm some vegetables and had so much rosemary planted (no mosquitos in sight). The communication was easy and Karim is very responsive and even gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants and activities around. We will definitely be coming back with a bigger group next time.
