Everythin is just amazing, the staff is incredibly polite and always smiling, treating everyone with respect and just delightful to talk to. The food is wonderful. We stayed here for one week and had an incredible time. We came from New York, and have traveled to many many different resorts all over the world including the Carribean, and Europe. This resort was really beautiful and service was amazing. We really enjoyed the food but the buffet options were top notch. Special shoutout to Mohamed Ousha from the Anchor restaurant. He was attentive, polite, had a great sense of humor and continuously checked in on us. Also Sherif (Luxor) from the Coral Restaurant. He provided a great service and was really kind and wonderful. Shoutout to the entertainment team they were really great. My kids really loved Khalid, Alex and Ameera for their positive attitudes. The rooms were spotless and the hotel was immaculate and kept clean throughout the entire time. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to have a relaxing time with wonderful service and great food.

The hotel is amazing from all aspects, staff are helpful beyond measures, even the room service guy, Awad, he made sure we aren't missing anything. The food was very good, everything was tasty and brilliant. Everyone made sure we enjoyed our stay.
