Hidden gem. Great location. Rooms were so comfortable and the staff was so helpful and kind. The building architecture is old world luxury. Will definitely stay here next time I am in Cairo.

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how genuinely friendly, helpful, and warm every staff member was. They truly made me feel at home. I had an issue with my luggage breaking, and two staff members (Sayed and Randa) were nice enough and took the time to fix it for me! That level of care and attention is so rare, making my stay feel extra special. The terrace was the perfect spot to relax or get some work done, with a peaceful atmosphere. My room was comfortable and stylish! A special thank you to Adham, Sayed, Randa, and Abd—your kindness made my visit truly memorable. The whole team went above and beyond in every way!

1- Check in formalities were quick. I booked a deluxe nile room but they upgraded us to a suite for our anniversary which is a nice gesture from the hotel. 2- All staff were very welcoming & professional, from front desk to restaurant staff. 3- The suite was very fancy, clean, had a direct view of the nile @ both the bedroom & living areas. The suite featured a very elegant design & you can tell that much attention was paid to the details. 4- I only tried Gingko restaurant at the breakfast. The food & drinks were very delicious & fresh. Ms. Hayam offered us a complementary desert for our anniversary. 5- Sky pool is nice & has a great view.

Hotel is located on amazing location in beautiful Zamalek, this is my second stay in this hotel because of perfect location. Everything is near and there is a lot of quality restaurants and coffe shops in the nearby. Hotel is vintage and hotel management is trying to keep this was and that is great. In the hotel lobby you can hear songs of Um Kalthum and it’s like time travelling to the time of Um Kalthum.
